We hope you love the piece you have purchased, if however you are not 100% satisfied, we offer returns on our orders. Due to the limited nature of our range, we are not always able to offer an exchange on a particular colour or style. We will however, be happy to offer a refund if you choose to return your item, provided you return it within 7 days of receiving it. 

How to make a return

Please note you must do this within 7 days of receiving your garment, and pieces must be returned in their original, unworn condition. We will not accept returns on items that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear.

To return an item, please email kim@kim-christina.co.nz to receive a return postal address.

Please note that the postage to send an item back for a refund will be at the customers own expense.

Please securely package your item and make sure the label is firmly affixed.

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

Items must be in their original condition with tags.

Please return your order using a traceable method as we are not responsible for any lost packages.
